Baking up some fun..
yes, i thought i would like to share my boredom-fueled culinary activity. I never help out in the kitchen, but this is what happened the one time i did.
this picture IS definately to be 'drool-worthy', a 'feast' for the eyes...and i'm gonna shut my pie hole now, before i start to smell 'burning' rubber.
!!
What do you call fruit pies? Do you just call them "fruit pies" or like "pasties"?
I met an amazingly hott guy from New Zealand on a plane once. His name was Kiren. We were talking in the line, and since we were both dead last to board, we both knew that there would probably be no seats that would ensure we sat by each other. Before I sat down, he said, "You gonna be ok, sweetie?"
But he said it in that cool foreign way instead of that boring USA way. He said "sweet-tee" not "sweedie".
*sigh* Sorry. I just love that story. I wonder what he's doing right this moment. I'm such a boy-crazy adolescent.

I want a fairytale ending with a pumpkin and a prince.
haha Well if we are having a fruit pie we would just call it by it's name, like apple pie, or apricot pie, but we wouldn't really say "I feel like a pie" 'cos that would mean meat pie.
We all talk like that in NZ

Oh My GOD (who happens to be a pie in the sky). My neo-Pagan religion involves PIE worshipping, in which eating pie on a mortal plain enlightens the body. This is one pie-hell of an enlightening pie. amen

This pie's flavour didn't turn out so well....hence the 'shut your pie hole', later i found it should be applied literally with caution tape as the plastic wrap...hah, well it wasn't that bad. I'm a pie lover, so i dove in, but the other pumpkin pie i created was better by far. It was made for my uncle Jim, so instead of the song lyrics 'Jimmy gets high tonight', I put the words : "Jimmy gets pie tonight" ...heehaa! t'was fun
